The CPLC NC pioneer, Mr. Danial Mahmud has another star added to his chest.
The Al-Hamrah Society, Shaheed e Millat Road, right across the Hill Park, has inaugurated its CPLC NC system a couple of days ago.
They have a starting membership of 180 houses. We are still struggling with a total of 20 households that have paid, and another about 10 that have promised to pay.
