Dear Ladies and Gentlemen:
Most of the encroachments are created at a slow pace, and right in front of authorities, notably Police. Whenever they are removed, they quickly re-appear. Therefore, this too seems to be a cyclical tour, and actions, which will beget due reactions from land mafia.
