Dear Ladies and Gentlemen:
Salaam. A nice day to you.
There have been more cases of Robberies over the past one month. B-70/2, Mr. Irfan's house was looted at 9 AM.
The Dacoits forced their entry by beating up a driver, who had keys to the house.
Then, some people tried to force their way in to house B-35, in front of B-97, and God helped the families of both houses. Some aerial firing by the residents of the area, forced the criminals to flee.
Also, some people in the disguise of social workers, wearing Fauji and Police type uniforms were caught and handed over to the police recently.
We have to start the Project, and we are stuck at a figure of Rs. 110,000 now. We need at least another Rs. 300,000 to start the work.
The suggestions are:
1- Each of the existing members (22 paid members now) provide a LOAN of Rs. 10,000 each, repayable when the net of the members increases, and when extra funds are available. This is workable as many area people say that they might join once the work starts.
2- We find some donors, and we provide them a motivation by naming some internal streets after them.
3- We help each other by contacting more area residents, and thus reach a total network of at least 70 households to start the work.
Please keep faith, there is a delay, but we will together overcome the odds.
Yours, Hashim Syed
