Rethinking the CPLC Project Strategy; More Refunds

In the past week, many more refunds were made to the original 22 contributors (Cash refunds, unless specified otherwise):

1- Iqbal Qureshi, B-33
2- Mohammad bin Abdul Haque, B-34
3- Sajid Qureshi, B-35
4- Abid Hussain, B-38
5- Zahid Razi, B-95 (Cheque)

Now only B-6, and B-39 cash contributions are left to be refunded. There are few other cheques, that are not so important to be returned immediately ....

Recent experiences of attitudes, carelessness, and illogical thinking and deductions by some of the affected contributors led to this refund decision.

The real threat still persists. Organized criminals are out there. And they rob the houses multiple times, and with an air of impunity! Thus the project for forming a Concerned Neighbours Circle, supported by CPLC organization is not shelved. There is a strategic pause, one can say.

New movement will be launched, with re-structured strategy, in due time.

Do not lose hope.

It is very interesting to note that none of the contributors showed any empathy towards the Convenor while accepting the Contributions back. Which means that about Rs. 25,000 spent by the Convenor in communicaiton expenses came from his sole pocket ... No one wanted to share this, as the success of the project was not visible :)
