One person, named Naukar Khan, has built a temporary looking brick room on B-100. This is totally unauthorised structure. Fears are that he MAY NOT LEAVE once the work is finished on B-99. We have to obtain assurances from the owner of B-99 about this.
A plot under construction raises some security issues. There are many people coming and going, and this movement remains largely un-checked. Our neighbours Bilal in B-267, Iqbal Qureshi in B-33, Adil in B-98, and Shabbir Saheb in B-101 will be directly affected with this activity.
We have to make sure that:
1- The owner of B-99 immediately joins and pays Security Committee dues (first time membership 2000, and monthly 1500) immediately
2- He assigns an "In charge" of the plot activities, that we can hold responsible for daily movements
3- We know the name and phones of the neighbour and his main construction contractor
4- They should not turn the B-100 into a garbage dump for their construction works, and keep it clean. All debris should be removed on a periodical basis
5- We make use of this opportunity to construct the long due small footprint bathroom for our guards next to their cabin
6- The construction workers on B-99 should not use the adjoining areas as their "Jungle" bathroom!
7- The owner of B-99 should have his own on site reliable guard for 24 hours surveillance of his properties and supplies
8- Anyone living on the plot, and also preferably working here, must have Pakistani CNICs with them.
Also, to give him some ease of access, the barrier might be opened to allow supplies to come in. The barrier otherwise will remain closed.
Please cooperate in this control, and give more suggestions to the owner of B-99. His name and phone numbers will soon be provided to all in the committee.
